    摘要:

    通過酯交換實(shí)驗(yàn)制備了以新疆產(chǎn)的文冠果種仁油和棉籽油為原料的兩種生物柴油。采用氣相色譜方法對其脂肪酸甲酯組分進(jìn)行了分析;考察了兩種生物柴油的部分理化性質(zhì),并與0號柴油和國外生物柴油的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行對比。重點(diǎn)分析了生物柴油中脂肪酸甲酯組分分布對其理化性能的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,文冠果種仁油無需進(jìn)行脫酸預(yù)處理,而各項理化指標(biāo)均達(dá)到要求,更適合制備生物柴油。

    Abstract:

    The biodiesel was synthesized via transesterification from xanthoceras sorblfolia bunge seed oil and cottonseed oil produced in Xinjiang. Fatty acid methyl ester from biodiesel was analyzed by GC/MS technique. Their fuel properties were also tested and compared with the standards of diesel fuel and biodiesel produced in Europe and America. The influence of the structure and content of esters on fuel properties were analyzed. The results showed that xanthoceras sorblfolia bunge seed oil was better than cottonseed oil as resources.
