    摘要:

    推導(dǎo)了蔬菜移栽機(jī)放苗七桿機(jī)構(gòu)的位移、速度和加速度方程,用Visual Basic 6.0語言編寫了放苗機(jī)構(gòu)的輔助分析和仿真程序。利用該程序分析了主要參數(shù)對該機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)特性的影響。雙曲柄機(jī)構(gòu)中曲柄OA的長度對插植嘴的軌跡高度影響很大,而對軌跡的形狀影響不大;曲柄CD的長度對插植嘴的軌跡高度和穴口的大小影響很大;兩主動(dòng)曲柄的相位差對插植嘴的軌跡高度和軌跡形狀影響都很大。根據(jù)參數(shù)影響分析結(jié)果,利用該程序求得一組較優(yōu)機(jī)構(gòu)參數(shù),其對應(yīng)的軌跡和姿態(tài)能滿足蔬菜移栽的農(nóng)藝要求。

    Abstract:

    The equations of displacement, velocity and acceleration of sevenlinkage vegetable seedling transplanting mechanism were deduced. An aided analytical and simulation program was compiled by Visual Basic 6.0. The influences over the kinematics characteristics of the mechanism by some important parameters were analyzed by this program. The length of one of the two driving cranks had significant influence over the trajectory height of the transplanting tip, while it had little influence over the trajectory shape. The length of the other crank had significant influence over the trajectory height of the transplanting tip and hole size. The phase difference of two cranks had significant influence over the trajectory height of transplating tip and trajectory shape. According to the influences of these parameters, the results were analyzed. A group of preferable mechanical parameters were obtained by this program, whose corresponding trajectory and posture could meet the demands of vegetable transplanting.
