    摘要:

    采用卡方檢驗(yàn)和灰色預(yù)測(cè)相結(jié)合的算法,綜合利用卡爾曼濾波數(shù)據(jù)和GPS歷史有效定位數(shù)據(jù),在不增加額外傳感器信息條件下,對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)器人導(dǎo)航中常見(jiàn)的GPS定位數(shù)據(jù)突變故障進(jìn)行了檢測(cè)和隔離。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,這類故障被有效隔離后,不會(huì)影響導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)的正常工作。GPS定位數(shù)據(jù)的灰色預(yù)測(cè)殘差小于10cm,當(dāng)虛警率僅為0.05時(shí)仍可降低卡方故障檢驗(yàn)的漏檢率。

    Abstract:

    By combining the chisquare test and gray prediction, an algorithm of hard fault detection and isolation was introduced for the navigation of agricultural robot. The Kalman filtered data and historical valid GPS data were applied to detect and isolate positioning fault caused by the GPS failure, and none of other sensors were applied. With the prototype of the agricultural wheeled mobile robot, the experimental results showed that the GPS positioning fault was isolated effectively and had no any effects on the robot navigation. The error of gray prediction of GPS positioning data were less than 10cm, and the missing rate of fault detection was reduced further when the false alarm rate of the chisquare test method was only 0.05.
