    摘要:

    帶式輸送機(jī)需要采用動(dòng)態(tài)分析方法進(jìn)行精確設(shè)計(jì)。本文選擇適用于輸送帶的粘彈性動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,開發(fā)了具有閉環(huán)控制的驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置仿真模塊,電動(dòng)機(jī)的輸出扭矩和轉(zhuǎn)速隨負(fù)載力矩和時(shí)間而變化。對(duì)整個(gè)輸送機(jī)系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用仿真軟件建立了動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真模型,采用PID控制器對(duì)輸送機(jī)啟動(dòng)過程進(jìn)行控制,構(gòu)造閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng),對(duì)帶式輸送機(jī)的動(dòng)態(tài)特性進(jìn)行分析,從而為輸送機(jī)啟動(dòng)的分析和控制以及系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)提供精確的分析手段。

    Abstract:

    With the development of belt conveyor dynamical analysis was required to design conveyor. The viscoelasticity model suiting to the belt was selected, and simulation model of driving device with closedloop controlling was developed, which indicated that motor speed and its output torque vary with load and time, therefore the simulation results were more close to practice. The dynamic simulation model of overall conveyor system was programmed, and PID controller was applied to stabilize starting process of conveyor, thus the closedloop controlling system was created in simulation software. The simulation of dynamic performances of conveyor provided accurate design techniques to controlling starting process and optimizing on belts system.
