    摘要:

    影響玉米秸稈固化成型的工藝因素包括成型壓力、溫度及含水率等,成型塊的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)對其宏觀性能具有重要意義。利用電子立體顯微鏡觀察玉米秸稈固化成型后的顆粒物料之間的結(jié)合方式和顯微形貌,從微觀角度研究成型工藝參數(shù)與成型塊微觀結(jié)構(gòu)的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明,玉米秸稈成型塊顆粒之間主要以機械鑲嵌、天然粘結(jié)劑粘結(jié)的形式結(jié)合。在成型壓力60~90MPa,物料溫度75~100℃,含水率8%~16%的成型條件下,制得的玉米秸稈成型塊內(nèi)部顆粒結(jié)合緊密,機械鑲嵌作用明顯,對應(yīng)得到的成型塊物理品質(zhì)和力學(xué)性能較好。

    Abstract:

    Factors that affect the corn densification contained pressure, heating temperature, moisture content and etc., and microstructure of briquette also has a major impact on the macroscopic properties. The microstructure and binding mode of material particles inside briquette were observed with electron stereoscopic microscope, the relationship between molding process parameters and forming microstructure were studied from the microscopic view. The results showed that particles in corn straw briquette were mainly combined in two forms—mechanical mosaic and natural adhesive bonding. Under the condition of pressure 60~90MPa, material temperature 75~100 ℃, moisture content 8%~16%, internal particles of briquette were combined closely, with obvious mechanical enchase effect, corresponding to get physical quality and mechanics with good performance. 
