    摘要:

    針對液氮?dú)庹{(diào)運(yùn)輸保鮮環(huán)境對運(yùn)輸廂體和通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)的要求,設(shè)計(jì)了氣調(diào)保鮮運(yùn)輸車通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)試驗(yàn)裝置。研究了通風(fēng)風(fēng)速、開孔隔板開孔率、堆棧方式、回風(fēng)道長度等因素對氣調(diào)保鮮運(yùn)輸車通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)壓力損失及能耗的影響,分析了通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)的阻力特性。結(jié)果表明:通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)的阻力特性可用Ramsin方程表述,通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)的壓差隨風(fēng)速的增大而增大;風(fēng)速相同時(shí),壓差隨開孔率的增大而減??;保鮮室內(nèi)壓差分布較均勻;滿箱、留中間空隙和留兩側(cè)空隙等3種堆棧方式對壓力損失的影響不明顯;無回風(fēng)道時(shí)壓力損失比有回風(fēng)道時(shí)小;氣調(diào)保鮮運(yùn)輸車開孔隔板的開孔率大于3.89%時(shí),通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)的壓力損失小且能耗較低。

    Abstract:

    An experimental device of ventilation system was established to meet the requirement of freshkeeping transportation with controlled atmosphere by liquid nitrogen. The pressure drop characteristics of the ventilation system were studied. The effects of airflow velocity, ratio of open area, stack mode and length of return air channel on the characteristics of pressure drop and energy consumption were analyzed. The pressure drop characteristics could be described by the equation of Ramsin. The pressure drop increased with the addition of airflow velocity. At the same airflow velocity, the pressure drop decreased with the addition of ratio of open area. The distribution of pressure drop in freshkeeping room was steady. The effect of three stack modes on the pressure drop was not striking. The pressure drop was less when there was no return air channel. When the ratio of open area of the separator with holes in freshkeeping transportation vehicle was bigger than 3.89%, it could meet low pressure loss and had small energy consumption. The research achievements will be instructive to the design of the ventilation system in freshkeeping transportation with controlled atmosphere. 
