    摘要:

    設(shè)計(jì)了一個(gè)果蔬紅外干燥在線實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)。采用質(zhì)量傳感器、AD溫度傳感器、PCI8310數(shù)據(jù)采集卡等將干燥設(shè)備中的果蔬樣本信息儲(chǔ)存到PC中，借助于VB程序進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理，實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)可視化，且生成了干燥曲線、輻射溫度變化曲線及物料溫度變化曲線。系統(tǒng)測(cè)試試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明：該檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)在線檢測(cè)誤差在±0.03％范圍內(nèi)，能夠準(zhǔn)確、實(shí)時(shí)反映果蔬紅外輻射干燥過程特性。

    Abstract:

    A fruit and vegetable infrared drying online realtime detecting system was designed. Using the quality sensor, the AD temperature sensor, the PCI8310 data acquisition card and so on, the data of fruits and vegetables in the drying equipment were stored in PC. These data were processed and visualized by the program written by the Visual Basic, and then, drying curves, radiation temperature variation curves and material temperature variation curves were generated. The detecting experiment results showed that the online detection error was within ±003% and the characteristics were displayed accurately and timely. 
