    摘要:

    建立了2D數(shù)字閥的數(shù)學(xué)模型,對(duì)2D數(shù)字閥的由齒隙產(chǎn)生的滯環(huán)進(jìn)行了研究和仿真分析,提出了在輸入信號(hào)上疊加一高頻顫振信號(hào)以減小甚至消除2D數(shù)字閥的滯環(huán)特性顫振補(bǔ)償技術(shù)。利用專(zhuān)門(mén)的實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)對(duì)所設(shè)計(jì)的樣閥進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,采用顫振補(bǔ)償技術(shù)后,當(dāng)顫振幅值為25%、50%、100%齒隙量時(shí),滯環(huán)寬度由2.2%分別降為1.7%、1.1%、0.5%。理論和實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果均表明采用顫振技術(shù)在一定的頻率和幅值的顫振信號(hào)作用下,可以減小或消除2D數(shù)字閥的滯環(huán)特性。

    Abstract:

    The mathematical model of 2D digital valve was established and its hysteresis characteristics was first simulated and analyzed. In order to diminish and even eliminate hysteresis, a dither compensation technology which used high frequency dither signal to superimpose on input signal was proposed. Then the special test rig was built and experimental study was carried out. The experimental results revealed that when dither amplitude was 25%, 50% and 100% of backlash magnitude respectively, the hysteresis width accordingly reduced from 2.2% to about 1.7%, 11% and 0.5% of backlash magnitude respectively. It is finally concluded that the proposed dither compensation approach can diminish and even eliminate hysteresis of 2D digital valve effectively.
