    摘要:

    在分析單點(diǎn)漸進(jìn)成形工藝特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,指出該工藝成形路徑生成目前存在的問(wèn)題,提出了一種面向該工藝的成形路徑計(jì)算方法,及基于該方法的等高線成形路徑生成算法。上述方法已應(yīng)用到日本Amino公司單點(diǎn)漸進(jìn)成形設(shè)備專用的工藝規(guī)劃軟件AFS2中,實(shí)際加工得到的零件表面具有較高質(zhì)量。有限元模擬結(jié)果及試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,采用該算法生成的成形路徑合理可行。

    Abstract:

    On the basis of characteristic analysis for the single point incremental forming (SPIF), the problems of current study of tool-path generation for SPIF process were proposed. Based on the proposed method, a new tool-path generation method for SPIF, and the suitable Z-constant toolpath generation were presented. This method was used in the specific process planning software AFS2, and was applied to the SPIF equipment developed by the Japanese Amino Corporation, and an excellent surface quality was gained in a forming practice. Finite element analysis and application results indicate that the proposed method is feasible to meet practical needs.
