    通過(guò)靜態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)試驗(yàn)研究了6種陰離子交換樹(shù)脂對(duì)植酸的吸附與解吸性能。結(jié)果表明,D201樹(shù)脂對(duì)植酸的吸附交換作用較好,且在pH值為2.2時(shí)吸附能力最強(qiáng),靜態(tài)吸附量達(dá)到94.54 mg/g,1.5 mol/L的NaOH溶液利于植酸解吸;Freundlich吸附等溫方程可以較好地描述D201樹(shù)脂對(duì)植酸的等溫吸附,表明吸附在常溫下進(jìn)行即可;D201樹(shù)脂對(duì)植酸的吸附過(guò)程符合Lagergren一級(jí)速率方程,表觀吸附速率常數(shù)k與植酸起始植酸濃度呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,與溫度呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系。在D201樹(shù)脂對(duì)植酸的動(dòng)態(tài)吸附與解吸過(guò)程中,層析柱管徑、上樣液濃度、上樣液流速和洗脫劑流速對(duì)吸附與解吸效果影響較大。

    Abstract:

    The absorption and desorption properties of phytic acid on anion exchange resin were investigated through static and dynamic experiments. The results showed that D201 resin had the best exchange adsorption performance among all tested resins. The static absorption capacity of D201 resin reached 94.54mg/g when the pH value of phytic acid solution was adjusted to 2.2, and sodium hydroxide solution of 1.5mol/L was beneficial to desorption. The absorption behavior of D201 resin for phytic acid obeyed the Freundlich adsorption isotherm equation, indicating that the absorption can be performed under normal temperature. The absorption kinetic data complied with Lagergren pseudo-first-order rate equation. The apparent adsorption rate k has a negative correlation with the initial concentration of phytic acid and has a positive correlation with temperature. As far as the dynamic absorption and desorption of phytic acid on D201 resin was concerned, the effects of chromatography column diameter, sample concentration, sample flowing velocity and eluant flowing velocity were notably observed.
