    摘要:

    在一臺(tái)2.0 L缸內(nèi)直噴汽油機(jī)(GDI)上研究了中低轉(zhuǎn)速、部分負(fù)荷的燃燒特性,并分析了進(jìn)氣滾流及噴油定時(shí)對(duì)燃燒特性的影響。結(jié)果表明,在轉(zhuǎn)速為1000 r/min、平均有效壓力為0.1 MPa工況時(shí),加大進(jìn)氣滾流可增強(qiáng)缸內(nèi)氣流運(yùn)動(dòng),提高混合氣燃燒速度。而隨著轉(zhuǎn)速提高,滾流作用逐漸減弱,在轉(zhuǎn)速為3000 r/min、平均有效壓力為0.3 MPa工況時(shí),加大滾流會(huì)引起燃燒過程惡化;噴油定時(shí)對(duì)3000 r/min工況下的混合氣形成和燃燒穩(wěn)定影響大于2000 r/min工況,且不同工況點(diǎn)的噴油定時(shí)均存在最佳值,在300°CA~320°CA BTDC之間。

    Abstract:

    The combustion characteristics were studied by using a 2.0 L GDI engine at medium and low speeds part-load. The effect of intake tumble and injection timing on combustion characteristics was analyzed. The results showed that increasing intake tumble could enhance airflow and combustion velocity at the operation condition of 1000 r/min, 0.1 MPa brake mean efficient pressure (BMEP). However, the advantage of intake tumble reduced when engine speed increased. At operation condition of 3000 r/min , 0.3 MPa BMEP, increasing intake tumble could cause combustion deterioration. The effect of injection timing has greater influence on mixture formation and combustion stability at operation condition of 3000 r/min than operation condition of 2000 r/min, and there is the best injection timing value between 300°CA BTDC and 320°CA BTDC at every operation condition. 
