    摘要:

    針對(duì)復(fù)合肥生產(chǎn)的高粉塵強(qiáng)腐蝕環(huán)境,設(shè)計(jì)了一種能夠替代人工作業(yè)的取樣機(jī)器人。分析使用需求,提出具有抗沖擊、耐腐蝕、自清潔、傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)內(nèi)置、驅(qū)動(dòng)遠(yuǎn)離末端執(zhí)行件安裝等特征的取樣機(jī)器人設(shè)計(jì)原則。從仿生學(xué)角度出發(fā),通過對(duì)螃蟹運(yùn)動(dòng)關(guān)節(jié)結(jié)構(gòu)特征研究,提出取樣機(jī)器人構(gòu)型,進(jìn)行了功能仿生和結(jié)構(gòu)仿生設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)其使用工況,設(shè)計(jì)了取樣機(jī)器人運(yùn)動(dòng)過程和控制方案。通過機(jī)構(gòu)參數(shù)優(yōu)化、仿真和沖擊試驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了其可行性。

    Abstract:

    In order to release the fertilizer production workers working in high dust and strong corrosive environment for a long time, a sampling robot was designed. By analyzing the using demand, robot’s designing principles including characteristics of impact resistance, corrosion resistance, cleaning by itself, transmission mechanism builtin and drive away from the end piece installed was proposed. From the angle of bionics, the crab joints’ structure characteristic was researched. Then sampling robot configuration was proposed. Bionics function and structure was designed. According to its operation condition, motion process and control plan was designed. After the parametric optimization,its feasibility was validated by simulation and impact test.
