    摘要:

    利用掃描電鏡及能譜儀觀察了東方螻蛄口器表面及斷面幾何結(jié)構(gòu)特征，對口器的表皮組成成分進行了分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)口器組織中含有多種金屬元素和微量元素；東方螻蛄口器具有中空結(jié)構(gòu)，斷面材料呈層狀復合結(jié)構(gòu)；采用切片法對東方螻蛄口器進行了外形重構(gòu)；利用納米力學測試系統(tǒng)對東方螻蛄口器表皮材料進行了測試，發(fā)現(xiàn)東方螻蛄口器的彈性模量和納米硬度較高。經(jīng)比較發(fā)現(xiàn)，東方螻蛄口器表皮的納米硬度大于雄臭蜣螂唇基表皮的納米硬度。

    Abstract:

    The surface and the section geometrical structure features and element of the mouthparts of the oriental mole cricket were examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy spectrometer. The mouthparts cuticle contained many kinds of metallic elements and microelements. It was found that there existed a hollow structure in the mouthparts and the material of the section displayed sandwich structure. The structure of the mouthparts was modeled with the slice method. The hardness and elastic modulus of the mouthparts cuticle of the oriental mole cricket were obtained by nanomechanical test system. The results showed that the hardness and elastic modulus of the mouthparts cuticle material was high. It was found through comparison that the hardness of the mouthparts of the oriental mole cricket was higher than that of the female clypeus.
