    摘要:

    針對(duì)無(wú)線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流環(huán)境中，傳感器節(jié)點(diǎn)的感知數(shù)據(jù)傳輸頻率高、能耗高和監(jiān)測(cè)時(shí)間短的問題，提出基于統(tǒng)計(jì)過程控制（SPC）的感知數(shù)據(jù)壓縮方法，設(shè)計(jì)了適用于傳感器節(jié)點(diǎn)數(shù)據(jù)處理的動(dòng)態(tài)-單值-滑動(dòng)極差（D-X-RS）算法。通過冷鏈物流環(huán)境試驗(yàn)仿真，對(duì)比了D-X-RS算法、閾值算法和K-滑動(dòng)均值算法的數(shù)據(jù)壓縮性能。結(jié)果表明，D-X-RS算法數(shù)據(jù)的每數(shù)據(jù)點(diǎn)壓縮開銷（CCP）在溫度穩(wěn)定和波動(dòng)狀態(tài)均與最優(yōu)方法所得結(jié)果接近，具有良好的平衡性和適應(yīng)性。

    Abstract:

    In order to reduce the sensing data transfer frequency and node energy consumption in real-time cold-chain logistics monitoring system for agri-food based on wireless sensor networks, a sensing data compression method based on statistics process control was presented. The D-X-RS algorithm that fits for the sensor nodes’ data processing capability was designed. The data compression performance of D-X-RS algorithm, threshold algorithm and K-means algorithm by cold-chain logistics environmental simulation in laboratory was compared. The result showed that the compression cost per point (CCP) of D-X-RS algorithm was close to the best algorithm both in temperature fluctuation and steady states. The algorithm had good balance and flexibility. 
