    摘要:

    以連棟塑料溫室整體結(jié)構(gòu)為研究對(duì)象,采用實(shí)物模型試驗(yàn)和有限元分析相結(jié)合的方法,探討薄膜預(yù)應(yīng)力對(duì)連棟塑料溫室結(jié)構(gòu)極限承載力的影響。在ANSYS 10.0軟件中,采用溫度載荷模擬預(yù)應(yīng)力,通過對(duì)薄膜施加不同的溫度載荷建立6種薄膜預(yù)應(yīng)力下的連棟塑料溫室結(jié)構(gòu)模型,并對(duì)該模型進(jìn)行雪載荷工況下的雙重非線性屈曲計(jì)算。通過分析不同薄膜預(yù)應(yīng)力下的載荷-位移曲線,研究了薄膜預(yù)應(yīng)力對(duì)連棟塑料溫室結(jié)構(gòu)極限承載力的影響。結(jié)果表明,薄膜預(yù)應(yīng)力不會(huì)影響連棟塑料溫室結(jié)構(gòu)的屈曲模態(tài),但會(huì)使結(jié)構(gòu)極限承載力減小17%~63%。

    Abstract:

    The integral structure of the multi-span plastic greenhouse was taken as the research subject, and influence of film-preload on ultimate bearing capacity of the multi-span plastic greenhouse was studied through physical model test and finite element analysis. By using ANSYS 10.0, firstly, temperature load was performed to numerically simulate preload, the computational models of greenhouse structure on six kinds of film-preloads condition were established by imposing temperature load. Then, dual nonlinear analysis to the computational model of greenhouse structure was given on snow load condition. Therefore, ultimate bearing capacity was confirmed by racing the balance path of the loading-displacement curve. According to analyze loading-displacement curve, influence of the film-preload on ultimate bearing capacity could be researched. It could be concluded that film-preload would not affect the integral structural buckling mode of multi-span plastic greenhouse, but would reduce ultimate bearing capacity of greenhouse structure by 17%~63%. 
