    摘要:

    利用不同測試方法對冬小麥返青期和拔節(jié)期的冠層葉片反射光譜進行了測量,分析了反射光譜與葉綠素質(zhì)量濃度之間的相關(guān)關(guān)系。分析結(jié)果表明:處于返青期的小麥由于生長較為稀疏,冠層葉片反射光譜受到裸露地面等外界因素的影響,反射率和NDVI值與葉綠素的相關(guān)性差。拔節(jié)期由于地表覆蓋率提高,反射率和NDVI值與葉綠素之間的相關(guān)性較好。返青期和拔節(jié)期冠層葉片反射光譜曲線的“紅邊”位置與葉綠素之間的相關(guān)性,可以較好地反映其葉綠素的質(zhì)量濃度。通過實驗分析兩者之間的相關(guān)性,分別建立了返青期和拔節(jié)期葉綠素質(zhì)量濃度線性預(yù)測模型和二項式模型,結(jié)果顯示模型可用于冬小麥冠層葉片葉綠素質(zhì)量濃度的無損檢測預(yù)測。比較了植被指數(shù)NDVI值的不同獲取方法,提出了不同生長階段測試方法的選擇方案,為冠層葉片葉綠素檢測以及精細追肥提供技術(shù)支持。

    Abstract:

    The canopy spectral reflectance and chlorophyll content were measured and analyzed by different testing methods in turning green and jointing stage, which were most important periods for winter wheat growth. The characteristics of correlation indicated that the test results of the canopy spectral were affected by field without covering at turning green stage. The red edge inflection point as one of the most important spectral parameters was analyzed at winter wheat turning green and shooting stages based on the first derivative of reflectance spectra. The results showed that the correlation of red edge and chlorophyll was better for forecasting the chlorophyll content in the turning green stage which was lower surface ground coverage. The linear prediction coding model and the binomial model were found for the chlorophyll content prediction. 
