    以北京市延慶縣綠富隆有機肥蔬菜研究基地長期定位肥料試驗地為試驗平臺,利用濕篩法獲得不同粒級的團聚體,通過16SrDNA-PCR-DGGE技術進行測序分析,研究不同施肥條件下微生物群落對棕壤土團聚體和碳分布的影響。結果表明,有機肥(OF)處理的0.25~2mm水穩(wěn)性團聚體增加,增加幅度為109.0%;0.053~0.25mm和小于0.053mm粒級團聚體的含量均下降,與CK(不施肥) 相比分別下降了31.9%和142.1%。OF處理對土壤各粒級團聚體中碳含量均有顯著提高,與CK相比,提高15.2%~46.9%,其中大于2mm團聚體中碳含量提高了46.9%。棕壤碳含量與大于2mm粒級團聚體含量呈正相關;與0.25~2mm粒級團聚體呈極顯著正相關;與0.053~0.25mm粒級團聚體含量呈極顯著負相關;與小于0.053mm粒級團聚體呈顯著負相關。

    Abstract:

    Various particle-size fractions of soil aggregates were obtained with the wet-screening method from the soil of a long-term stationary fertilization experimental field of Beijing Yanqing Lvfulong organic vegetables farms to analyze the effect of microbial communities on carbon distribution in brown soil aggregates under different fertilizations with sequence analysis by 16SrDNA-PCR-DGGE technology. Results showed that with different fertilization treatments, treatments OF(organic fertilizer) increased 0.25~2mm water stable aggregates by 109.0%; compared to CK (unfertilized), 0.053~0.25mm and 0~0.053mm particle aggregates decreased by 31.9% and 142.1%, respectively. Treatments OF significantly increased carbon content in aggregates of all particle sizes by 15.2%~46.9% compared to CK, and in the >2mm aggregates by 46.9%. The content of brown soil carbon was positively related to the content of the >2mm aggregates; significantly positive related to the content of the 0.25~2mm aggregates, but significantly negative related to the content of the 0.053~0.25mm aggregates; negative related to the content of the 0~0.053mm aggregates.
