    為研究離心泵發(fā)生汽蝕時(shí)流道內(nèi)部變化規(guī)律,通過(guò)三維軟件Pro/E對(duì)離心泵內(nèi)部流道進(jìn)行三維造型,利用雷諾時(shí)均N—S方程和RNG k—ε兩方程及SIMPLEC算法,采用全空化模型并考慮水中未溶解氣體對(duì)空化的影響,應(yīng)用計(jì)算流體力學(xué)軟件CFX對(duì)離心泵全流道內(nèi)的氣液兩相湍流進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬計(jì)算,分析了離心泵內(nèi)部發(fā)生汽蝕時(shí)的非定常流動(dòng)的規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明:在汽蝕初生到臨界汽蝕余量這一區(qū)間范圍內(nèi),氣體體積分?jǐn)?shù)主要集中在無(wú)量綱徑向位置為0.2附近的一段區(qū)間內(nèi)。隨著汽蝕余量的降低,氣體體積分?jǐn)?shù)的密度會(huì)相應(yīng)地增加,受葉輪和蝸殼的耦合作用呈現(xiàn)不對(duì)稱分布,在汽蝕初生時(shí)葉輪流道內(nèi)壓力波動(dòng)呈正弦周期性變化。隨著汽蝕余量的降低和氣體分?jǐn)?shù)的增加,葉輪流道內(nèi)壓力呈現(xiàn)不規(guī)則變化,壓力脈動(dòng)從隔舌處開(kāi)始沿著葉輪旋轉(zhuǎn)方向逐漸衰落。

    Abstract:

    In order to study internal flow variation when centrifugal pump cavitations occur, three-dimensional modeling was used for centrifugal pumps internal flow through three-dimensional software Pro/E. Based on the Reynolds-averaged N—S equations with the RNG k—εturbulence model and SIMPLEC algorithm, the full-cavitation model was used considering effects on cavitations when the gas was not dissolved in the water. By using the computational fluid dynamics software CFX, the numerical simulation calculation of vapor-liquid two-phase turbulence within whole flow passage of centrifugal pump was conducted and the laws of the unsteady flow when centrifugal pump cavitations occur were analyzed. The results show that within this range from the newborn to the critical cavitations NPSH, the gas volume fraction mainly begins from dimensionless radial position 0.2, and the gas volume fraction density correspondingly increases with the lower of NPSH. Affected by asymmetry distribution under the effect of the impeller and volute coupling, in the newborn of cavitations, impeller pressure fluctuations were sinusoidal periodic variation. With the lower of NPSH and gas volume fraction increasing, impeller pressure is changing irregularly. From the beginning of the tongue, along the impeller rotating direction, pressure fluctuation gradually declines.
