    摘要:

    論述了兩級交錯軸斜齒行星輪系后插旋轉式寬窄行分插機構的結構特點和工作原理,分析了兩級交錯軸斜齒行星輪系的角位移關系,對螺旋角的影響進行了分析,在空間坐標系中建立了分插機構的運動學模型,并得到了秧針尖點運動的位移方程。通過開發(fā)輔助分析與優(yōu)化軟件對影響參數(shù)進行了分析與優(yōu)化,結合優(yōu)化結果建立了分插機構虛擬樣機模型,通過仿真及實體試驗對理論分析進行了驗證。結果表明:該分插機構能夠應用在步行式插秧機上實現(xiàn)寬窄行插秧作業(yè)。

    Abstract:

    The working characteristics of walking type transplanting mechanism used in wide-narrow row planting was described. According to its characteristics, the planetary gear train with two levels of crisscross shaft was used in walking type transplanting mechanism and a transplanting mechanism used in walking type transplanter was proposed. The structure features and working principle of the wide-narrow row transplanting mechanism was analyzed. The angular displacement and the influence of the gear spiral angle. The kinematic model of the transplanting mechanism was built in the space coordinates system, and the displacement equation of the seedlings tip point was got. The parameters were analyzed and optimized by programming. The virtual model of the proposed transplanting mechanism was built with the optimization parameters. The theory model was verified by simulation and experiment. This transplanting mechanism could realize wide-narrow row rice. 
