    摘要:

    介紹了基于計(jì)算機(jī)視覺的儲(chǔ)糧活蟲檢測系統(tǒng)軟件部分各環(huán)節(jié)的具體實(shí)現(xiàn)。系統(tǒng)運(yùn)用基于標(biāo)記點(diǎn)透視變換的圖像配準(zhǔn)方法,對(duì)近紅外圖像進(jìn)行傾斜、變形等校正;采用基于雙區(qū)域連通閾值面積比的區(qū)域生長法判別出近紅外圖像中的活蟲;融合多源圖像的信息,準(zhǔn)確定位出可見光圖像中的活蟲。提取出活蟲的21個(gè)整體形態(tài)學(xué)特征和7個(gè)局部形態(tài)學(xué)特征,把特征空間優(yōu)化為7維,運(yùn)用SAA-SVM分類器進(jìn)行識(shí)別分類。結(jié)果表明,檢測系統(tǒng)對(duì)15類活蟲的正確識(shí)別率達(dá)到94.8%。

    Abstract:

    The detection system for stored-grain live insects was introduced based on visible-near infrared computer vision, and the software realization of the main parts in the system was given. The near infrared images were sloped and distorted by the image registration based on projection transformation with markers. The region-growing method for identifying the live insects in the near infrared image was proposed based on the area ratio of two thresholds for connecting regions. The live insects in the visible image were located accurately by the information fusion of the multi-source images. The live insects in the visible image were located accurately by the information fusion of the multi-source images. Twenty-one global morphological features and seven local morphological features of the live insects were extracted, and the feature space was optimized to seven dimensions. The insects were classified by the classifier based on simulated annealing algorithm and support vector machine. The results showed that the recognition accuracy was 94.8% for the fifteen species of the live insects.
