    摘要:

    為解決傳統(tǒng)茶葉篩分機(jī)械不能實(shí)現(xiàn)多維振動(dòng)的問(wèn)題,基于并聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)組成原理,選擇了一種滿(mǎn)足茶葉清選需要的全解耦三平移并聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)為茶葉篩分機(jī)的主體機(jī)構(gòu)。應(yīng)用D-H矩陣計(jì)算出該并聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)正、反解,并且通過(guò)正交試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了其篩分性能。結(jié)果表明,三自由度振動(dòng)提高了茶葉在篩面上的分散度,最短透篩時(shí)間為單自由振動(dòng)最短透篩時(shí)間的1/20,篩分性能較單自由度振動(dòng)有大幅度提高。

    Abstract:

    Based on the theory of parallel mechanism, a 3-DOF mechanism which was completely decoupled was chosen as the main part of the tea sieving machine to solve the problem that the traditional tea sieving machines can not complete multi-dimensional vibration. D-H matrix was applied to calculate the forward and reverse solution of the position, and the orthogonal experiment was used to test the screening performance. The test shows that the 3-D vibration makes the tea spread fast in the screen surface, short the time by nearly 20 times and get a better screening performance.
