    摘要:

    針對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全事件的特點(diǎn)，利用粗糙集方法，通過(guò)對(duì)10個(gè)樣本案例進(jìn)行屬性分析與約簡(jiǎn)，確定了危害源毒性、影響范圍、死亡人數(shù)、傷害人數(shù)和人口密度5個(gè)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全事件等級(jí)綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)，通過(guò)重要度分析得到各指標(biāo)的權(quán)重分別為0.2、0.2、0.1、0.3和0.2。在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全事件等級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)模型；將模型計(jì)算語(yǔ)言化，以WebGIS為工具，設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全應(yīng)急管理系統(tǒng)；通過(guò)模擬某次農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全事件表明，該系統(tǒng)能提高對(duì)事件的處置能力，也便于直觀看到處置過(guò)程，為進(jìn)行農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全應(yīng)急管理提供參考。

    Abstract:

    According to the characteristics of farm products quality safety incidents, ten samples were processed by the reduction and analysis of attributes using the rough set method, and five indexes were determined. The indexes was toxicity of pollution source, scope of pollution influence, number of death, number of injuries and population density, whose weights were 0.2, 0.2, 0.1, 0.3 and 0.2, respectively, according to the importance analysis of the indexes. Based on these, a grade evaluation model of farm products quality safety accidents was established. An emergency management system of farm products quality safety was designed and implemented by programming the grade evaluation model using WebGIS. Through simulating a particular farm products quality safety accident, the result showed that the system could improve the handling ability of the accident, and realized the visualization of the disposal process. The system can provide consultation for farm products quality safety management. 
