    摘要:

    采用細(xì)化試驗(yàn)和有限元方法對(duì)某立式加工中心靜剛度進(jìn)行了研究。通過(guò)細(xì)化試驗(yàn)不僅測(cè)得了機(jī)床的三向靜剛度，而且測(cè)量了主要零件的變形；對(duì)主軸箱的變形進(jìn)行了細(xì)化試驗(yàn)，對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析；測(cè)量了主軸箱滑塊與立柱導(dǎo)軌結(jié)合面的變形，結(jié)果表明該結(jié)合面y向是薄弱環(huán)節(jié)。在Workbench中建立了機(jī)床靜剛度有限元模型，通過(guò)與試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的對(duì)比驗(yàn)證了有限元模型的準(zhǔn)確性。

    Abstract:

    Static stiffness of a vertical machining center was researched based on fine experiment and finite element method. Static stiffness of three directions and deformation of the main parts were measured. Deformation of the spindle box was measured and detailed analysis was taken. Deformation of the joint between spindle box and column was measured. The results showed that weak leak of the joint is y direction. Finite element model of the machining center was established in Workbench and accuracy of the model was verified compared with experiments.
