    摘要:

    為實現(xiàn)四沖程自由活塞發(fā)電機的連續(xù)穩(wěn)定運行,提出并研究了基于直線發(fā)電機工作狀態(tài)切換和沖程終點預(yù)測的自由活塞往復(fù)運動控制方法。在混雜系統(tǒng)范疇內(nèi),完成了運動控制系統(tǒng)仿真模型的建立,結(jié)合自由活塞發(fā)電機仿真模型和循環(huán)燃燒波動仿真模型,對控制過程進(jìn)行了仿真研究?;诟咝阅軘?shù)字信號處理器建立了四沖程自由活塞發(fā)電機的電控系統(tǒng),對所設(shè)計的運動控制方法進(jìn)行了實驗驗證,分析了失火對活塞往復(fù)運動的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:該運動控制方法穩(wěn)定可靠、算法簡單,滿足了四沖程自由活塞發(fā)電機對活塞運動控制的要求。

    Abstract:

    A motion controller was designed to achieve stable running of a four-stroke free-piston linear generator. Simulation model of the free-piston motion controller was built based on the control theory of hybrid system. Motion control process was analyzed by using the proposed model and the model of a free-piston linear generator. Effects of circulation burning fluctuations and misfires were discussed. Based on the results of the simulation, an electronic control system was designed by using a high-performance digital signal processor. Testing results of the electronic control system were analyzed in detail. According to the simulated and tested results, the designed motion controller has the advantages of simplicity and reliability. It satisfies the requirement of four-stroke free-piston linear generator for piston motion control.
