    摘要:

    采用液壓擺動(dòng)馬達(dá)直接控制配流盤旋轉(zhuǎn)的斜盤柱塞式新型液壓變壓器構(gòu)造了挖掘機(jī)動(dòng)臂液壓系統(tǒng)。針對(duì)挖掘機(jī)的液壓油缸在實(shí)際工況中要承受2個(gè)方向的負(fù)載且負(fù)載變化頻繁劇烈的問題,將動(dòng)臂油缸無桿腔與壓力共軌高壓端相連通,建立了所提出系統(tǒng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并將試驗(yàn)中采集到的挖掘機(jī)實(shí)際工作過程中動(dòng)臂油缸的負(fù)載數(shù)據(jù)作為模型的輸入;在分析了液壓變壓器控制角的合理工作范圍并提出增加壓力反饋回路的控制策略后,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的速度響應(yīng)進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明提出的動(dòng)臂系統(tǒng)可以較好地跟蹤速度目標(biāo)信號(hào),在變負(fù)載情況下魯棒性強(qiáng),從而可以滿足工程實(shí)際需要。

    Abstract:

    To enhance the hydraulic system efficiency of excavator, one system which adopted the novel hydraulic transformer (NHT) was proposed to control boom cylinder due to the great recoverable energy of boom. Firstly, according to the tough working period, especially for the load fluctuates frequently and violently, the rod side of the boom cylinder was connected to the high pressure line of common pressure rail (CPR). Moreover, the proposed system was analyzed by using of mathematical method and the model was constructed. Measurement data about the boom load change of one excavator was input into the simulation model. Finally, the valid angle range of NHT was studied and the pressure feedback loop was applied. Results showed that the proposed system possessed good servo performance under great fluctuating load. 
