    摘要:

    按照風(fēng)送式噴霧機(jī)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的試驗(yàn)方法,設(shè)計(jì)了果園噴霧機(jī)噴霧量垂直分布測(cè)試系統(tǒng)。測(cè)試系統(tǒng)采用V型槽式集液裝置和排放系統(tǒng)。測(cè)試系統(tǒng)能自動(dòng)完成數(shù)據(jù)的采集、計(jì)算和處理,實(shí)現(xiàn)了測(cè)試過程的自動(dòng)化,能夠準(zhǔn)確獲得噴霧機(jī)垂直噴霧流量分布情況。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:噴霧壓力增大使噴霧流量增加,但對(duì)噴霧藥液分布均勻性沒有明顯影響;提高噴霧機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速,增加風(fēng)速,能夠使垂直方向上藥液分布更加均勻,提高垂直噴霧均勻性。測(cè)試系統(tǒng)能夠獲得噴霧機(jī)在垂直方向上的噴霧量分布特性。

    Abstract:

    According to the national standard of testing method for air-blast sprayer, a system of vertical spray distribution orchard sprayer in the laboratory was designed. A V-shape liquid accumulating groove in fog droplet acquisition device was designed for fast and effective intercepting droplets. The system can automatically accomplish data collection and processing, achieve the automation of testing course, and accurately obtain vertical spray distribution. The experimental results showed that the spraying flow increased with increase of spraying pressure, but had no significant influence on the sprayer distribution uniformity. Increasing the power output speed which could increase air-assisted speed, can improve the uniformity of vertical spray distribution. The vertical spray distribution could be acquired by the experimental equipment. 
