    摘要:

    以提高拖拉機(jī)液壓機(jī)械無級變速器換段品質(zhì)為主要目的，運(yùn)用正交試驗(yàn)方法進(jìn)行了臺架試驗(yàn)，并對換段品質(zhì)各影響因素參數(shù)進(jìn)行了合理匹配；確定了影響液壓機(jī)械無級變速器換段品質(zhì)的各影響因素之間的主次關(guān)系，并進(jìn)行了拖拉機(jī)犁耕滿負(fù)荷工況下的試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證。研究方法及結(jié)論對提高液壓機(jī)械無級變速器的換段品質(zhì)具有一定的理論指導(dǎo)意義和實(shí)用價(jià)值。

    Abstract:

    With the aim of improving the gearbox shift quality of tractor hydro-mechanical continuously variable transmission (CVT), the effects of factors on shift quality were investigated by bench test. Then, the orders of the above factors were obtained. The working test of tractor with full load was carried out. The research had theoretical significance and practical value in transmission shift quality and control methods of hydro-machinery CVT.
