    摘要:

    根據(jù)渦輪反應(yīng)器氣-固兩相流動(dòng)反應(yīng)模型,對(duì)渦輪反應(yīng)器中流動(dòng)、傳熱、傳質(zhì)和反應(yīng)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的數(shù)值模擬,得到了各種條件下的顆粒軌跡圖、溫度分布圖、密度分布圖、渦輪反應(yīng)器內(nèi)連續(xù)相(氣固混合相)的速度矢量圖、軸向速度圖、徑向速度圖、切向速度圖、湍流強(qiáng)度分布圖和氣相濕度圖。模擬結(jié)果表明:渦輪反應(yīng)器內(nèi)物料的運(yùn)動(dòng)為強(qiáng)湍流-渦旋流運(yùn)動(dòng);內(nèi)部的溫度分布非常有規(guī)律,沿著徑向和軸向均存在溫度梯度;速度分布和轉(zhuǎn)子葉片的安裝角度有著較大的關(guān)系,而與熱油溫度無(wú)關(guān);在進(jìn)口處的速度較大,而后慢慢趨于平緩并達(dá)到一個(gè)穩(wěn)態(tài)。

    Abstract:

    Numerical simulation on the inner flow, heat transfer, mass transfer and cracking reaction in vortex reactors was carried out with gas-solid two-phase flow-reaction model. The detailed information of flow field, temperature field and concentration field of vortex reactor was obtained.Results showed that the motion of particles was cork screw path. The temperature in vortex reactors had certain rule and temperature gradient in axial and radial direction. The distributions of velocity had relations with different angles of rotor blade and no relations with hot oil temperature. The entrance velocity of vortex reactors was bigger and later flattens.
