    摘要:

    結(jié)合剛性機(jī)構(gòu)分類思想和剛體代替綜合法，設(shè)計(jì)了一多層LEMs機(jī)構(gòu)?；谌犴槞C(jī)構(gòu)偽剛體模型及LET鉸鏈等效彈簧剛度模型，對(duì)多層LEMs進(jìn)行分析，推導(dǎo)出該機(jī)構(gòu)的輸入載荷和輸出位移量的理論計(jì)算公式，并用該理論計(jì)算公式對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例進(jìn)行計(jì)算。同時(shí)對(duì)該設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)例進(jìn)行有限元仿真分析，兩種方法所得結(jié)果基本一致，表明理論分析的正確性和該設(shè)計(jì)的可行性。

    Abstract:

    A multi-layered lamina emergent mechanism configuration was designed, combined with classification scheme and rigid body replacement synthesis design approach. Based on pseudo-rigid-body model and analogous linear coil spring model of lamina emergent torsional (LET) joint, the force deflection relationship was derived. With the aid of finite element analysis, the results of the two methods were compared and the causes of error were analyzed. The results obtained by the two methods were approximated. This indicated that the analysis and design methods were correct and feasible.
