    摘要:

    采用非定常雷諾時(shí)均方法結(jié)合SST湍流模型,對(duì)一比轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)為86.44的離心泵零流量工況下的內(nèi)部流動(dòng)進(jìn)行了三維全流場(chǎng)數(shù)值模擬?;跀?shù)值模擬結(jié)果,預(yù)測(cè)了離心泵關(guān)死點(diǎn)揚(yáng)程并與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了比較,同時(shí)分析了關(guān)死點(diǎn)內(nèi)部流動(dòng)規(guī)律。研究結(jié)果表明,CFD預(yù)測(cè)的關(guān)死點(diǎn)平均揚(yáng)程誤差為4.7%;流道1的進(jìn)口和出口各有一個(gè)旋轉(zhuǎn)方向相反的漩渦,2個(gè)漩渦在一個(gè)周期內(nèi)會(huì)各自發(fā)生不同的狀態(tài)改變,且呈現(xiàn)明顯的周期變化;蝸殼擴(kuò)散段的絕對(duì)速度接近于零,流道1內(nèi)葉片工作面的高速區(qū)面積先增加后減小;蝸殼內(nèi)的靜壓分布變化明顯,流道1的工作面出口處高壓區(qū)面積隨著葉輪的旋轉(zhuǎn)不斷減?。槐眠M(jìn)口始終存在著6個(gè)大小不同的漩渦,且這6個(gè)漩渦基本堵塞了整個(gè)流道。

    Abstract:

    The unsteady full flow fields at shut off condition in a centrifugal pump with specific-speed of 86.44 were simulated by unsteady Reynolds averaged Navier-Stokes approach and SST model. The head of the pump at SOC was predicted based on CFD results. Through the comparison and analyses, it was concluded that the average head prediction errors was 4.7% compared with test result. There were two eddies in impeller flow passage No.1 and the rotation direction was opposite. The velocity at volute diffusion part was very small. The high speed area of the pressure surface in impeller flow passage No.1 increased first and then decreased. The pressure distribution in the volute changes evidently, and the high pressure area of the pressure surface in impeller flow passage No.1 at the exit area constantly decrease as the impeller rotates. There are always six different sizes of vortexes at the impeller inlet and the vortexes nearly block the whole impeller passage.
