    摘要:

    基于泵的三元設(shè)計(jì)理論與數(shù)值試驗(yàn)相結(jié)合的方法,采用軸流式水泵的外形結(jié)構(gòu)對某高比轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)混流泵進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),提出了高性能緊湊型水泵設(shè)計(jì)方法。首先,基于雷諾時(shí)均方法對該高比轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)混流泵的性能進(jìn)行了數(shù)值計(jì)算和分析,并將計(jì)算結(jié)果和試驗(yàn)值進(jìn)行了比較,最大誤差在3%以內(nèi),驗(yàn)證了數(shù)值計(jì)算模型的準(zhǔn)確性。其次,采用軸流式水泵的外形結(jié)構(gòu)基于泵的三元設(shè)計(jì)理論對該泵進(jìn)行了重新設(shè)計(jì),運(yùn)用全三維考慮流體粘性的雷諾時(shí)均方法對設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行計(jì)算分析與驗(yàn)證,最終的設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果表明:新設(shè)計(jì)緊湊型水泵滿足所有設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo),在設(shè)計(jì)流量下裸泵效率達(dá)到了0.927,并且在較寬的流量范圍內(nèi)具有良好的水力性能。對比原混流泵和新設(shè)計(jì)緊湊型水泵性能,可以發(fā)現(xiàn):新設(shè)計(jì)緊湊型水泵裸泵效率比原混流泵提高了3%,并且其軸面最大直徑比原混流泵減少了38%,說明新設(shè)計(jì)的水泵能夠有效減小泵的尺寸、重量并具有優(yōu)異的水力性能。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the design method of high performance compact pump, a high specific speed mixed-flow pump was designed with axial pump configuration by solving the 3-D inverse design equations and the full viscid flow iteratively. Firstly, the performance of the high specific speed mixed-flow pump was calculated using RANS simulation, the results of CFD simulation and test data were presented and discussed briefly. The errors of the mixed-flow pump power between the CFD simulation and pump test data were below 3% in the whole calculating region. Secondly, based on the axial pump configuration, the pump was redesigned by using 3-D inverse design method and CFD simulation iteratively. The final design result indicated that the pump had high efficiency of 0.927 on the design point and the flow within the pump was smooth without any separation and cavitation. In the end, the performance of the mixed-flow pump and the redesigned compact pump were compared, which indicated that the efficiency of the redesigned compact pump was higher than the mixed flow pump by 3%, and the transom size of the redesigned compact pump was smaller than the mixed-flow pump by 38%. The redesigned pump had compact size and excellent performance.
