    摘要:

    在充分調(diào)研國(guó)際空間飛行器植物培養(yǎng)裝置的基礎(chǔ)上,研制了一種空間培養(yǎng)裝置。該裝置可實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)植物不同生長(zhǎng)階段的環(huán)境參數(shù),通過上位機(jī)軟件設(shè)置,自動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)空間培養(yǎng)裝置內(nèi)的參數(shù)調(diào)節(jié)。使用半導(dǎo)體加熱片控制植物培養(yǎng)裝置箱體內(nèi)溫度、相對(duì)濕度,同時(shí)閉環(huán)控制CO2 濃度、乙烯濃度,供給栽培基質(zhì)合適的水量,提供合適的光照度和光照時(shí)間,還可采集圖像信息,且具有氣體交換和冷凝水回收功能。系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行測(cè)試表明,該方法具有較好的可行性,控制精度能滿足植物生長(zhǎng)要求,溫度、濕度、乙烯濃度、CO2 濃度等參數(shù)波動(dòng)均在植物生長(zhǎng)需求范圍內(nèi)。

    Abstract:

    A device was developed on the basis of the full investigation of biological culture devices in international space vehicles. According to the plants in different growth stages, the parameters of space culture devices could be adjusted automatically by PC software. The temperature, humidity,carbon dioxide and ethene in plant growth chamber were controlled by using semiconductor heating element. It provided adequate water and nutrients, appropriate light intensity and duration. The image information was acquired. It also had the function of gas exchange and condensate water recovery. System test showed that this method was feasible. The control precision could meet the requirements of plants. The fluctuation of parameters, such as temperature, humidity, ethylene and CO2 , was within the range of plant growth needs.
