    分析了一種4-SPS/CU并聯(lián)機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué),將該機(jī)構(gòu)的關(guān)節(jié)摩擦力視為非保守力。定量分析關(guān)節(jié)摩擦力對該機(jī)構(gòu)動(dòng)力學(xué)特性的影響,關(guān)鍵在于求出關(guān)節(jié)摩擦力對應(yīng)的正壓力。為了簡化其動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,將該機(jī)構(gòu)驅(qū)動(dòng)支鏈作為整體分析使其驅(qū)動(dòng)力和驅(qū)動(dòng)摩擦力視為內(nèi)力,首先考慮該機(jī)構(gòu)的恰約束從動(dòng)關(guān)節(jié)的摩擦力,再以“庫倫+粘性”摩擦模型為基礎(chǔ),利用牛頓-歐拉法分別對該機(jī)構(gòu)的驅(qū)動(dòng)支鏈、恰約束從動(dòng)支鏈與上平臺(tái)建立了含摩擦的動(dòng)力學(xué)模型。在已知上平臺(tái)運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡的情況下,通過該動(dòng)力學(xué)方程得到了該機(jī)構(gòu)的關(guān)節(jié)約束反力/力矩?;隍?qū)動(dòng)支鏈正壓力與各關(guān)節(jié)約束反力/力矩之間的關(guān)系,導(dǎo)出了該機(jī)構(gòu)的驅(qū)動(dòng)摩擦力模型,并成功地將驅(qū)動(dòng)摩擦力引入到該機(jī)構(gòu)的動(dòng)力學(xué)模型中。為對該動(dòng)力學(xué)模型進(jìn)行有效的仿真計(jì)算,制定了其數(shù)值仿真迭代過程。仿真結(jié)果說明關(guān)節(jié)摩擦力的存在對該機(jī)構(gòu)的驅(qū)動(dòng)力產(chǎn)生顯著的影響。

    Abstract:

    The kinematics of a 4-SPS/CU parallel mechanism was analyzed. In order to quantitatively analyze the influence of joint friction acted as non-conservative force on the mechanism dynamics, the calculation of the normal force corresponding to joint friction was important. For simplifying the dynamics model, the driving chain was treated as a rigid body so the driving friction could be seemed as internal force. Based on the “Coulomb + viscous” friction model, the dynamics model with joint friction of up platform, driving chain and driven chain were built respectively by using Newton-Euler formulation, which could obtain the joint constraint forces/torques with giving motion trajectory of the mechanism’s up platform. Subsequently, the driving friction models were established on account of the relationship between the driving chain’s normal forces and joint constraint reactions. The iterative procedure of complicated dynamics equations was formulated for the effective simulation. The research results showed that joint friction forces significantly impacted on the driving forces of the mechanism.
