    摘要:

    以4-SPS并聯(lián)機構為研究對象，采用加約束從動支鏈的構型演變方法得到一類2T2R（兩個移動和兩個轉(zhuǎn)動）4自由度并聯(lián)機構。根據(jù)速度Jacobian矩陣分析了機構的奇異位形，建立了4-SPxyz S/PxPzUxz 并聯(lián)機構的工作空間求解的約束條件，得到了機構的位置和姿態(tài)工作空間，并提出利用“點集”近似計算位置工作空間大小的方法。引入敏感度概念，利用數(shù)值法解得了位置工作空間大小和姿態(tài)工作空間范圍與機構尺度參數(shù)之間的關系，為機構尺度參數(shù)的選取提供了依據(jù)。

    Abstract:

    The parallel mechanism of 4-SPS was studied. 2T2R (2 translational and 2 rotational) 4-DOFs (degrees of freedom) parallel mechanism were obtained by configuration evolution of adding and altering the follower-limb. The constraint condition of solving the position and attitude workspace about 4-SPxyz S/PxPzUxz parallel mechanism was built. The set of points was used to calculate dimensional size of workspace. The concept of sensitivity was introduced. The numerical method was used to calculate dimensional size of position workspace and scope of attitude workspace in the solution of different scale.
