    針對我國華北一年兩熟區(qū)秸稈量大,根茬粗,免耕播種機開溝器前易產(chǎn)生壅堵,影響機具通過性能和播種質(zhì)量等問題,設(shè)計了一種浮動支撐式防堵裝置,闡述了其工作原理,設(shè)計了主要工作部件,確定了其結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù),并進行了田間性能試驗。試驗結(jié)果表明:安裝有浮動支撐式防堵裝置的小麥免耕播種機通過性能良好,符合農(nóng)藝要求;與帶狀旋耕防堵裝置相比,土壤擾動量減少約25%,油耗降低約7.04%。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problems of wheat no-till seeders in annual double cropping area of North China Plain such as large amount of straw-covering, stubble-bulky, residue-blocking, and bad passing capacity and planting quality, the new anti-blocking device using floated support was designed. This paper elaborated the working principle. Major working parts of the anti-blocking device were designed, and the structure parameters were determined. The field experiment showed that the no-till planter with floated support anti-blocking device had good passing capacity. Compare with strip-rotary anti-blocking device, floated support anti-blocking device reduced soil disturbance and oil consumption by 25% and 7.04% respectively.
