    摘要:

    設(shè)計(jì)了一種可實(shí)現(xiàn)一器多行的氣力滾筒式油菜精量集排器,分析了氣力滾筒式油菜精量集排器的工作原理,并確定了其結(jié)構(gòu)組成和主要結(jié)構(gòu)與運(yùn)行參數(shù)。以集排器排種性能為主要評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),進(jìn)行了集排器排種滾筒轉(zhuǎn)速、正壓區(qū)相對(duì)壓力、負(fù)壓區(qū)相對(duì)壓力等運(yùn)行參數(shù)的單因素試驗(yàn)與正交試驗(yàn)。臺(tái)架試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:集排器種子破碎率小于0.5%;當(dāng)排種滾筒轉(zhuǎn)速為20 r/min、正壓區(qū)相對(duì)壓力為2200 Pa和負(fù)壓區(qū)相對(duì)壓力為-2200 Pa時(shí),集排器單行合格指數(shù)可高達(dá)94.02%,漏播指數(shù)小于4.0%;集排器各行排量一致性變異系數(shù)為5.73%,總排量穩(wěn)定性變異系數(shù)為1.21%。

    Abstract:

    A cylinder-type pneumatic centralized precision metering device for rapeseed was designed. The structural composition, operating parameters and working principle of metering device were analyzed. The single factor and orthogonal experiments were conducted. The rotational speed of seeding cylinder, positive pressure and negative pressure were used as the experiment factor. The bench experiments showed that the damage rate was below 0.5%. When the rotational speed of seeding cylinder was 20 r/min,the positive pressure and negative pressure was 2200 Pa and -2200 Pa, it was found that the quality index was 94.02%, the loss index was below 4.0%,and the variation coefficient of the consistency of each line displacement and stability of the total displacement were 5.73% and 1.21%, respectively. 
