    摘要:

    設(shè)計(jì)了一種全自動(dòng)移栽機(jī)機(jī)械取苗機(jī)構(gòu)。依據(jù)機(jī)構(gòu)原理建立相應(yīng)的數(shù)學(xué)模型，確定了機(jī)構(gòu)各參數(shù)間的關(guān)系，針對(duì)不同規(guī)格苗盤，利用Matlab對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化，實(shí)現(xiàn)了取苗機(jī)構(gòu)在給定范圍內(nèi)開合和對(duì)幼苗基質(zhì)塊的夾取功能設(shè)計(jì)要求。

    Abstract:

    An automatic transplanter mechanism was designed. According to the mechanism principle, the corresponding mathematical model was built. Relationship of each parameter in the proposed model was analyzed. For the different types of seedling trays, Matlab was used, which optimized the structural parameters of the model. The proposed seedling pick-up mechanism met the design demands of opening-closing in a given range and clamp for seedling substrate.
