    摘要:

    為提高適應(yīng)全秸稈覆蓋條件的東北黑土區(qū)免耕播種機(jī)性能，結(jié)合缺口圓盤開溝器和滑刀式開溝器的功能結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)，設(shè)計(jì)了具有滑刀式缺口的圓盤開溝器，確定了開溝器直徑，設(shè)計(jì)了具有滑刀式缺口的圓盤開溝器的缺口輪廓曲線，并確定了缺口數(shù)量；采用ANSYS軟件的LS—DYNA對(duì)具有滑刀式缺口的圓盤開溝器與土壤的相互作用進(jìn)行了仿真模擬；田間實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明，具有滑刀式缺口的圓盤開溝器在全秸稈覆蓋地表具有良好的入土、破茬性能。

    Abstract:

    Sliding-knife-type disc opener was designed with combination structure characteristic of disc opener and slide-knife opener. The diameter, gap contour curve and quantity of sliding-knife-type disc opener were determined by calculation. The interaction of sliding-knife-type disc opener and soil were simulated by LS—DYNA module of ANSYS. The results of field trials showed that sliding-knife-type disc opener had excellent buried and broken stubble abilities.
