    摘要:

    采用JSM—6700F型掃描電子顯微鏡和CSM instruments Revetest Xpress Plus 型劃痕測(cè)試儀分別觀察了環(huán)文蛤角質(zhì)層與棱柱層表面微觀形貌和測(cè)定環(huán)文蛤角質(zhì)層與棱柱層之間結(jié)合特性。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)環(huán)文蛤角質(zhì)層背面球形顆粒的粒徑與棱柱層表面凹孔的孔徑處在同一范圍時(shí),角質(zhì)層和棱柱層的結(jié)合特性較好。環(huán)文蛤不同部位角質(zhì)層表面形成的劃痕存在一定差異,橫向刻劃時(shí)環(huán)文蛤各部分的摩擦因數(shù)變化波動(dòng)比較大,縱向刻劃時(shí)其摩擦因數(shù)變化波動(dòng)均較小,角質(zhì)層與棱柱層的結(jié)合情況相對(duì)較好,尤其是環(huán)文蛤腹部的角質(zhì)層與棱柱層的結(jié)合情況更優(yōu)。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the binding characteristics of cuticle and prism layer of Cyclina sinensis and apply it to improve the anti-corrosion performance of agricultural machinery, type-JSM—6700F scanning electron microscope and the revetest scratch tester of CSM instruments Revetest Xpress Plus were used to observe the surface microstructure and binding characteristics of cuticle and prism layer of Cyclina sinensis, respectively. The results showed that the binding characteristics of cuticle and prism layer was better when the spherical particles size of the back of Cyclina sinensis cuticle layer and the bore diameter of the prism layer surface were in the same range. The scratches of different parts of Cyclina sinensis cuticle surface existed a certain difference. The fluctuations of friction coefficient were large when horizontal scored and they were small when longitudinal scored. The results indicated that the binding characteristics of cuticle and prism layer was relatively better, especially the binding characteristics of cuticle and prism layer of Cyclina sinensis abdomen.
