    摘要:

    為了使給袋式包裝機(jī)能夠精準(zhǔn)、平穩(wěn)、快速地實(shí)現(xiàn)取袋、送袋功能,通過建立取袋機(jī)構(gòu)數(shù)學(xué)模型,對(duì)其末端執(zhí)行器進(jìn)行了運(yùn)動(dòng)分析,得出了末端執(zhí)行器的位移、速度、加速度解析式,基于計(jì)算結(jié)果,總結(jié)出了其運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律和存在的缺陷,進(jìn)而對(duì)其運(yùn)動(dòng)規(guī)律進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),利用Matlab得到取袋機(jī)構(gòu)的運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)曲線圖,并對(duì)改進(jìn)前、后的結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對(duì)比。對(duì)比結(jié)果表明:改進(jìn)后的位移、速度、加速度曲線均得到了改善,使取袋機(jī)構(gòu)具有良好的運(yùn)動(dòng)特性,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的目標(biāo)。

    Abstract:

    In order to make bag pick and send accurately, reposefully and fleetly in automatic bag-delivering packaging machine, based on the mathematical model of mechanism for bag-picking, the kinematics characteristics of end actuator were analyzed. The calculation formulas of displacement, velocity and acceleration of end actuator for bag-picking were deduced. Based on the above calculation, the motions and defects of mechanism for bag-picking were summarized and improved. The kinematics curves of bag-picking mechanism were obtained with Matlab and the original results were compared with the improved one. The contrasting result showed that the curves of displacement, velocity and acceleration of modified mechanism for bag-picking were improved. The better kinematic characteristics were gotten and the expected goals were achieved.
