    摘要:

    在綜合分析履帶式收獲機(jī)械傳動(dòng)系設(shè)計(jì)流程和設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,研究了適用于履帶式收獲機(jī)械傳動(dòng)系快速設(shè)計(jì)的推理流程,分別設(shè)計(jì)了以實(shí)例相似度匹配算法為核心的基于實(shí)例的推理方法(CBR),以所構(gòu)建的履帶式收獲機(jī)械傳動(dòng)系設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)庫(kù)為核心的基于規(guī)則的推理方法(RBR),以及綜合運(yùn)用CBR和RBR的混合推理方法。在此基礎(chǔ)上,建立了履帶式收獲機(jī)械傳動(dòng)系快速設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)推理機(jī)制,實(shí)際應(yīng)用表明,應(yīng)用混合推理方法,可以較好地實(shí)現(xiàn)履帶式收獲機(jī)械傳動(dòng)系的快速設(shè)計(jì),縮短設(shè)計(jì)周期。

    Abstract:

    The design process and features of design knowledge of crawler harvester transmission were analyzed comprehensively. Then, the reasoning process suitable for the rapid design of crawler harvester transmission was researched. Taking the instance similarity matching algorithm as the core, the case based reasoning (CBR) was designed. And taking the constructed design knowledge base of crawler harvester transmission as a core, the rule based reasoning (RBR) method was studied. Also the CBR and RBR hybrid reasoning method was designed. On the basis of all these, the inference mechanism of crawler harvester transmission rapid design system was established. Practical applications showed that this reasoning method could better achieve the crawler harvester transmission rapid design and shorten the design cycle.
