    摘要:

    針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)三維參數(shù)化建模軟件不易建立結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜的大型收獲機(jī)械變速箱參數(shù)化模型的問(wèn)題,在獲取典型收獲機(jī)械變速箱設(shè)計(jì)知識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上,研究了變速箱參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)推理機(jī),提出了一種基于推理的參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)方法。在VC++2008環(huán)境下,運(yùn)用Pro/E 5.0中的Pro/TOOLKIT二次開(kāi)發(fā)工具包,開(kāi)發(fā)了基于推理的大型收獲機(jī)械變速箱參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái)。與傳統(tǒng)參數(shù)化設(shè)計(jì)相比,該方法不必考慮在參數(shù)化軟件中建立零件-部件-產(chǎn)品之間復(fù)雜的參數(shù)關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系,可以方便快捷地設(shè)計(jì)出符合用戶要求的變速箱。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of transmission design and long development cycle in the traditional design process, the parametric design method was proposed. Based on the typical harvester gearbox design knowledge, the reasoning mechanism for gearbox parametric design was studied. In the environment of VC++ 2008, secondary development Pro/TOOLKIT of Pro/E 5.0 was used. A platform of parametric design of large harvesting machinery transmission based on reasoning was developed. Compared with the traditional parametric design, the proposed method did not need to consider the complex relationship among parameters of parts, components and products in the parameterized software.
