    對聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)3種典型工況下的轉(zhuǎn)向橋殼進(jìn)行受力分析。研究了轉(zhuǎn)向橋殼常用的幾種截面形式對其強(qiáng)度和剛度的影響,提出了一種轉(zhuǎn)向橋殼優(yōu)化設(shè)計方法。利用ANSYS對某型號聯(lián)合收獲機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)向橋殼進(jìn)行了強(qiáng)度和剛度分析,并對其截面形式和尺寸進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計,優(yōu)化設(shè)計后的轉(zhuǎn)向橋殼不僅滿足許用強(qiáng)度和剛度的要求,而且最大程度地減小了轉(zhuǎn)向橋質(zhì)量,比原設(shè)計下降了17.8%,并提高了加工制造性。同時,對轉(zhuǎn)向橋殼應(yīng)力集中出現(xiàn)的原因進(jìn)行了分析并提出了工藝優(yōu)化方案。

    Abstract:

    Three typical work conditions were chosen to analyze the forces of steering axle housing of wheeled combine harvester. The effect of different section forms of wheeled combine harvester on strength and rigidity of steering axle housing were studied. Then, the optimized design method of steering axle housing was put forward. The strength and rigidity of steering axle housing for a certain type wheeled combine harvester were analyzed in ANSYS. Meanwhile, its section forms and dimensions were optimized. The improved steer axle housing not only satisfied the demand of strength and rigidity, but also reduced its weight by 17.8%, and enhanced its manufacturability at the same time. The reasons for stress concentration were studied and the optimization processes were proposed.
