    摘要:

    為了研究鏟式玉米精密播種機(jī)播種性能與農(nóng)田不平度激勵(lì)產(chǎn)生振動(dòng)之間的關(guān)系,推導(dǎo)了穩(wěn)態(tài)響應(yīng)與理論粒距關(guān)系數(shù)學(xué)模型。由建立的數(shù)學(xué)模型得出鏟式玉米精密播種機(jī)的播種性能主要由播種機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)特征、播種機(jī)工作速度、傾斜圓盤勺式玉米精密排種器與耕作土壤表面間的距離、土壤不平度和土壤粘性決定。理論粒距與實(shí)際粒距的對(duì)比結(jié)果表明,兩者分布趨勢(shì)基本相同,建立的穩(wěn)態(tài)響應(yīng)與理論粒距關(guān)系數(shù)學(xué)模型可用于對(duì)工作狀態(tài)下播種機(jī)的播種性能進(jìn)行預(yù)測(cè)和分析。

    Abstract:

    In order to investigate the relation between the seeding performance of precision spade punch planter of maize and the vibration caused by the simple harmonic excitation of field roughness, a mathematic vibration model between steady state responses of precision spade punch planter of maize and real seed displacement was established. The mathematic model gave the conclusion that the uniformity of sowing seed of planter was mainly decided by next factors, such as structure properties of planter, work velocity of planter, distance between the seed metering device of planter and the surface of till soil, surface conditions, and the adhere of till soil. The comparasion results between theoretical seed distance and experimental seed distance indicated the distributed trend between both distances above. It was proved that the mathematic model could be used to predict and analyze the uniformity of sowing seed.
