    摘要:

    從充氣效率的定義出發(fā),提出了基于油耗和空燃比測(cè)量結(jié)果的汽油機(jī)充氣效率測(cè)定方法。利用汽油機(jī)穩(wěn)態(tài)工況下油耗量和空燃比計(jì)算得到相應(yīng)的進(jìn)氣量,再根據(jù)定義直接計(jì)算充氣效率。推導(dǎo)了基于油耗和空燃比的充氣效率計(jì)算公式及誤差分析公式。針對(duì)配備有ZH600發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)電控系統(tǒng)的ZS157FMI-3型發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī),先后設(shè)計(jì)了噴油器流量系數(shù)標(biāo)定試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)以及油耗和空燃比測(cè)試系統(tǒng),通過(guò)測(cè)定平均油耗和瞬態(tài)油耗并結(jié)合空燃比測(cè)量對(duì)該型發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的充氣效率進(jìn)行了測(cè)定。充氣效率的測(cè)量結(jié)果表明,在同一試驗(yàn)條件下,采用兩種油耗測(cè)試方法測(cè)得的充氣效率差異很??;充氣效率測(cè)試的誤差分析結(jié)果表明,在本試驗(yàn)設(shè)備測(cè)量精度范圍內(nèi),所得到的充氣效率相對(duì)誤差很小(基本在05%以下),具有很高的測(cè)量精度。此外,由于該充氣效率測(cè)試方法克服了壓力波法及流速-壓力法的固有缺陷,在理論上的測(cè)量精度和對(duì)燃料種類(lèi)的適應(yīng)性方面,均具有明顯的優(yōu)越性。

    Abstract:

    This essay describes a new method, based on fuel consumption and AFR (Air-fuel ratio) measuring, to acquire the charge efficiency of internal combustion engine. In the method, the fuel consumption and AFR under steady condition are used to calculate the air inlet, and the air charge efficiency is calculated by definition. The equations of air charge efficiency and error analysis were built on fuel consumption and AFR. An injector flux calibration & testing system and a measuring system of fuel consumption and AFR were designed for a ZS157FMI-3 motor equipping with ZH600 engine electronic control system. The charge efficiency was tested through measuring mean and transient fuel consumptions and AFR. The efficiency test result indicates that the two methods of measuring fuel consumption have a good consistence for charge efficiency calculation, and the error estimation of the test results demonstrates that the efficiency results calculated from the fuel consumption and AFR have high accuracy, with the relative error below 0.5%. Since the charge efficiency acquiring way overcomes some inherent drawbacks of the common methods such as pressure wave method and velocity-pressure method, it offers more measure accurate in theory and better adaptability to different fuel types.
