    摘要:

    為了獲得離心泵空化狀態(tài)下聲發(fā)射信號的變化規(guī)律,在離心泵空化試驗基礎(chǔ)上,采用聲發(fā)射技術(shù)采集并分析了離心泵不同空化狀態(tài)下的聲發(fā)射信號,提取了聲發(fā)射信號的事件計數(shù)、振鈴計數(shù)、頻率中心和有效電壓值等4種典型特征參數(shù),分析了這些參數(shù)隨離心泵汽蝕余量變化的對應(yīng)關(guān)系。研究表明,在空化未發(fā)生、剛發(fā)生和已完全形成等不同階段,這些典型特征參數(shù)變化具有明顯特點,先有少許波動,然后有較大幅度的增加或減少,再呈現(xiàn)較大幅度的減少或增加的趨勢。這一規(guī)律可作為采用聲發(fā)射技術(shù)辨識離心泵空化狀態(tài)的技術(shù)依據(jù)。

    Abstract:

    In order to obtain the variation law of the acoustic emission signals under the centrifugal pump’s cavitation states, the research was based on the centrifugal pump cavitation test. The acoustic emission technology was adopted to collect and analyze the acoustic emission signals. Four typical features were extracted, i.e. event count, ringing count, frequency centroid and root mean square. Their relationships with the net positive suction heads of the centrifugal pump were analyzed in detail. The results show that these typical characteristic parameters change obviously under different stages such as before the occurrence of cavitation, cavitation first appearing and cavitation being fully developed. They firstly fluctuate a little, then increase or decrease substantially, and then there are large reducing or increasing trends respectively. This law can be used as a technical basis for identifying the cavitation conditions of centrifugal pumps with the acoustic emission technique.
