    建立了某型工程車輛油氣懸架的運(yùn)動微分方程,基于油氣懸架的多相介質(zhì)力學(xué)特點(diǎn),引入了分?jǐn)?shù)階微積分理論,建立其分?jǐn)?shù)階Bagley-Torvik方程。通過Oustaloup算法設(shè)計(jì)低通濾波器進(jìn)行數(shù)值運(yùn)算,求得非線性分?jǐn)?shù)階微分方程數(shù)值解,探討分?jǐn)?shù)階模型下懸架的振動特性。通過搭建等比例試驗(yàn)臺和建立仿真模型,將分?jǐn)?shù)階、整數(shù)階仿真和試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對比。結(jié)果表明當(dāng)分?jǐn)?shù)階次取0.9時能更好地反映油氣懸架運(yùn)動特性,系統(tǒng)的分?jǐn)?shù)階模型與實(shí)測數(shù)據(jù)能夠更好地吻合,驗(yàn)證了分?jǐn)?shù)階模型在油氣懸架系統(tǒng)模型上的有效性。

    Abstract:

    Motion differential equation of hydro-pneumatic suspension is established to describe the vibration characteristics for a certain type of construction vehicles. The output force was deduced from the suspension parameters. Based on the suspension characteristics of multi-phase medium, fractional calculus theory was introduced, and its fractional Bagley-Torvik equation was set up. The numerical computation by low-pass filter of Oustaloup algorithm was performed. The numerical solution of nonlinear fractional equation was obtained to investigate the vibration characteristics of the suspension fractional system. By the build of equal-ratio test platform and simulation model, the fractional, integer order model simulation and experimental data were compared. When the fractional-order is 0.9, it better describes the motion characteristics of suspension system. The experiments show that the experimental data can fit the fractional order system model well, thereby prove the model on hydro pneumatic suspension system.
