    摘要:

    研究了不同條件下DMC/柴油混合燃料共軌發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的燃燒循環(huán)變動(dòng),以及COHR和EGR率對(duì)燃燒循環(huán)變動(dòng)的影響。結(jié)果表明:共軌發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)燃用不同燃料時(shí)的燃燒循環(huán)變動(dòng)率都較?。籇10燃料燃燒的循環(huán)變動(dòng)率大于純柴油;發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)大負(fù)荷時(shí)的循環(huán)變動(dòng)率相對(duì)較?。浑S著COHR的增加,以pmi為表征參數(shù)的循環(huán)變動(dòng)系數(shù)變化不明顯;以pmax為表征參數(shù)的循環(huán)變動(dòng)系數(shù)略有增大,而以θd為表征參數(shù)的循環(huán)變動(dòng)系數(shù)明顯增長(zhǎng);D10燃料的循環(huán)變動(dòng)系數(shù)隨EGR率的增加呈緩慢增長(zhǎng),柴油則相對(duì)平穩(wěn);高的平均指示壓力對(duì)應(yīng)著短的火焰發(fā)展期。

    Abstract:

    The combustion cyclic variations of DMC/diesel burned in a common-rail engine under different conditions are studied, and the influences of COHR and EGR on combustion cyclic variations are also carried out. Results show that the combustion cyclic variations of different fuels burned in the common-rail engine are relatively small. The combustion cyclic variations of D10 are greater than that of diesel. The combustion cyclic variations at high load are relatively low. With the increase of COHR, the cyclic variations coefficient of pmi are not obvious, while the characteristic parameter for pmax grows slightly and that for θd grows obviously. The rise of EGR rate could cause the slow increase of cyclic variation coefficients of D10 fuel, while that for diesel is relatively smooth. The high mean indicated effective pressure corresponds to short flame developing period.
