    摘要:

    在ANSYS中建立了噴桿的參數(shù)化有限元模型,并驗證了模型的準確性。根據(jù)噴桿的模態(tài)分析結(jié)果在ANSYS中對噴桿結(jié)構(gòu)進行了優(yōu)化,在質(zhì)量增加8.4%的情況下,噴桿一階固有頻率從9.16Hz增加到了10.41Hz,避開了路面激勵的頻率區(qū)間。結(jié)合ADAMS對噴桿優(yōu)化前、后作業(yè)時的彈性變形作了對比,結(jié)果表明:優(yōu)化前噴桿末端在水平方向最大彈性變形Dbmax為39.6mm,均方根為12.6mm;優(yōu)化后噴桿在水平方向最大彈性變形Damax為10.1mm,均方根為2.9mm,噴桿經(jīng)過優(yōu)化后其水平方向彈性變形明顯減小。

    Abstract:

    In order to study dynamic characteristic of spray boom, a parametric finite element model of spray boom was built in ANSYS, and the model was validated by experimental modal analysis. According to the result of spray boom modal analysis, the structure of the spray boom was optimized in ANSYS, in the condition of increasing the spray boom mass for 8.4%, increasing the first mode frequency from 9.16Hz to 10.41Hz, and avoiding from the resonance vibration section. Then, the deformation of the spray boom in operating before and after optimization was compared and analyzed in ADAMS. The result showed that the max horizontal deformation at the spray boom end before optimization Dbmax was 39.6mm, and the root-mean-square was 12.6mm. The max horizontal deformation at the spray boom end after optimization Damax was 10.1mm, and the root-mean-square was 2.9mm. The horizontal deformation was reduced.
