    摘要:

    針對(duì)螺桿泵筒壁間隙、嚙合間隙等決定螺桿泵性能的關(guān)鍵間隙設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)題,在研究螺桿各項(xiàng)間隙構(gòu)成原理的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用流體力學(xué)間隙泄漏理論,建立泵腔間隙泄漏壓差流和剪切流模型,分別分析螺桿泵筒壁間隙和嚙合間隙的泄漏量,得到螺桿泵不同間隙泄漏的表達(dá)式。以主動(dòng)螺桿2頭、從動(dòng)螺桿3頭的雙螺桿泵為例,通過(guò)理論計(jì)算與試驗(yàn)對(duì)比分析了螺桿轉(zhuǎn)速、壓差對(duì)泵泄露的作用機(jī)理,揭示了螺桿轉(zhuǎn)速、泵進(jìn)出口壓差對(duì)螺桿泵流量特性及容積效率特性的影響規(guī)律,從而完善了螺桿泵轉(zhuǎn)子設(shè)計(jì)理論,提升了螺桿泵輸送性能。

    Abstract:

    Clearance leakage is the main cause of pump leakage. Aiming at the design and control of the key clearance, which determines the performance of screw pump such as clearance of barrel wall and meshing area, the model of differential pressure flow and shear flow of clearance leakage in pump cavity is established. The mathematical expressions of leakage from different clearance are obtained by analyzing the clearance leakage of barrel wall and meshing area. The influence of the rotation speed and pressure difference between inlet and outlet on flow characteristics and volumetric efficiency characteristics of screw pump is revealed by theoretical calculation and experimental analysis of twin screw pump. Based on these results, the rotor design theory of the screw pump as well as the performance of the screw pump can be improved.
